An ordained Baptist minister with a strong call to mission. Neal has planted churches, led youth groups, pioneered creative worship expressions, and supported mental-health outreach. He founded Encourage Ministries after years of partnering with Ugandan mission leaders. Neal travels twice yearly with mission teams to preach, teach, and serve in prisons, churches, and community programs.
